I work with adults seeking empathetic, evidence-based therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also support people who want to better understand themselves, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop skills to navigate relationships, stress, and change. My approach integrates EMDR, CBT, ACT, and systemic relational therapies, with a transdiagnostic focus on the patterns and processes that shape distress beyond diagnosis.

Hi! I'm Barbara
I’m a NSW registered psychologist with a warm and collaborative approach to therapy. I’m passionate about supporting people to understand themselves more deeply, strengthen meaningful connections, and move toward lasting and meaningful change.
Outside of my work, I love spending time with friends, walking along the beach, and being with animals — especially my dog. These moments of connection are grounding for me and reflect something I deeply value: the importance of feeling connected, understood, and not alone.
Meaningful connection is one of the most important things in life for me, and it’s a value I bring into my work as a psychologist. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and respected.
